Each household pays a $100 matching fee, but only when you've both said yes and we've put you in touch.
Either of you can change your mind within 24 hours of your video meet and both sides receive a full refund.
If your plans change more than a week before the swop date, your $100 rolls over as credit for a future swop.
Any cancellations within 7 days of the swop date incur the full fee but the non-cancelling swopper receives an alternate swop or a full refund.
